1. Acceptable use
By using the BetterMi apps, watch companions or website, you agree to these Terms. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the platform or its APIs.
2. Closed beta & pricing
BetterMi is currently in a closed beta and free for invited testers. Pricing for the public launch will be announced in advance, and no one is ever charged without actively subscribing themselves. Any future subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and can be cancelled anytime in your device account settings.
3. Medical disclaimer
BetterMi is a coaching and tracking tool — it does not provide medical advice. Strength training, cardiovascular activity and nutritional changes involve inherent risks. Always consult a physician before modifying your exercise or dietary regimen.
4. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will inform you in the app before material changes take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
